Company's subsidiary plant - Jiaxing Xin Yue Standard Parts Co., Ltd comes into existence from 2003, with annual export value of 50 million U.S. dollars, which is a local fastener industry leading enterprise. The leading products are threaded rods, L bolts, U bolts, nuts, bolts, as well as non-standard screws. Its monthly output can reach 4,000 tons. The factory has advanced electroplating equipment, heat treatment equipment, including that plating and heat treatment capacity of the external processing can reach 30,000 tons per month. The product standards have ANSI, DIN, BS standards, the grade varies from 4.8-12.9, which include B7, ANSI GR2-GR5, carbon steel, copper, S.S304, S.S316. The factory engineer will supervise the quality of products in strict accordance with international standards. 2. We will check each order (goods name, size, quantity, delivery date, etc.) according to the contract. 3. Random inspection include raw materials, product, packaging. Unqualified products will never be allowed to ship. We will eliminate unqualified products appear in the next working procedure. 4.
